# KaWuSIA

> KaWuSIA is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that gives AI assistants direct access to Polish Electronic Land Registry (Elektroniczne Księgi Wieczyste, EKW) data. It allows querying property records by KW number and returns structured JSON with ownership, encumbrances, mortgages, and property descriptions.

KaWuSIA is intended for legal and real estate professionals (B2B). It connects to the official Polish government EKW portal at przegladarka-ekw.ms.gov.pl and parses structured data from it.

MCP endpoint: https://kawusia.pro/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.0 via Google)
